
The rate of fuel consumption can be observed by a growing white flame sprite below the fuel display. There is currently no method of extracting Fuel from the Smelter. The right side of the grate also displays the current amount stored. Use two hands on the bellows to pump faster and you will see flames shooting out of the forge.įuel can be placed inside the Smelter through the grate at its front. Use the bellows on the right side of the fuel hatch to allows the metal or tool to be created faster. It takes time before the resources are converted, the duration is indicated by the growing white flame sprite below the resources display. A lever to the left side of the hatch can be pulled to dispense the resources for retrieval. The right side of the hatch will display the resources currently in use. Once inside the hatch, closing it will slot the resources into the Smelter. Ores and Ingots can be placed through the hatch on the left side of the Smelter. This includes the base Metals as well as Alloys. Metals of all kinds are made here for crafting purposes. It is the first step to making Weapons and Tools. Smelting is done at the Smelter in Town, a machine found at the Smithy where Ores, Ingots and Fuel can be used to make Weapon Heads. The town will depend on you and your expertise, each new weapon needs to be forged differently, and will behave uniquely. Trust in the weight of your hammer, and forge metals of all kinds to craft better and better armaments.
As a blacksmith, you must turn ores to ingots, and ingots to weapons and tools in order for the town to survive. An ancient smelter from a far gone civilization sits in the town, and it takes an adept mind to understand its secrets. A true Blacksmith learns to understand the metals of the world.
